Bringing fresh homemade dinners to the Farmer's Market and our customers that are premade and fresh from the farm to the table.
I would like to bring farm to table entrees to the Farmer's Market and offer the entree here at the Cakery. We are finding that people don't want to cook either because they are too busy or they are not got at it. They want the convenience of having something fresh, but not the hassles of cooking it. The test market with the soups went well at the market and at the shop. Now we need to increase our offers to the public. The entrees can also be custom to a person's needs. Such as diabetic, gluten free, low sodium, heart healthy or just plain load me up with cream sauce.
